What Have You Got To Lose?



Here's one of my favorite Zumba® songs to dance to! This is not me in the video, nor is it my video. The moves are a little different than what I do, but it's still fun. GET OFF THE C0UCH, turn it up and try it out!

  1. Hi! Thanks for posting our video!! (I am on the left) I instruct a few free Zumba® classes per week and the class has lost over 600 lbs and counting!! I have personally lost 80 lbs and Joanna...the one on the right...has lost 90 lbs!! Just by eating healthier and Zumba®!!! Get up and do it!!!

  2. This video is good! I tried it and I am not one who works out, but it caught my attention. Wow! I didnt last long! It's a workout! I would like to build up endurance and do it often!
